Lindsey Hintereder (pronounced hint-er-ay-der) is a seasoned wedding planner with a love for logistics and a keen eye for design. A Wine Country native and Sonoma State University graduate, Lindsey is a 20+ year veteran of the hospitality industry. She got her start in weddings in college with a local wedding venue in 2008, and launched Ooh La La Weddings & Events in 2011. Lindsey and her work have been recognized in numerous online and print publications and she has won several awards.

Her enthusiasm for planning magical moments and the gratification she receives after her couple’s see their vision turned reality, is truly her driving force. Lindsey has a knack for making connections and ensuring her couples feel at ease, while being direct and decisive. Her passion, creativity and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of her work. 

When she’s not planning weddings, Lindsey enjoys family outings with her husband and their two kids. She loves planning a variety of events for her neighborhood, making food boards, spending time outdoors, catching up on bravo reality shows and indulging in new restaurants across Wine Country.

Jordyn Ceccato

Jordyn started with Ooh La La Weddings & Events in 2013 as the team’s first intern while she attended Sonoma Stare University. While she continues to thrive in the role of lead event assistant, she’s also held a variety of roles with different companies in the wedding industry including venue manager, rental consultant and lead wedding planner, making her a knowledgeable and invaluable asset on wedding days. 

When she’s not working weddings you can find Jordyn traveling, dabbling in DIY home projects and loving on her two yellow labs, Reese & Ranger.

Lexie joined Ooh La La Weddings & Events in 2022, quickly jumping into a busy wedding season. Lexie is attentive to the needs of those around her and meticulous with details, ensuring everything is always looking picture perfect. As a full time marriage and family therapist, Lexie approaches the complexities of wedding days with a calming presence for our couples and is someone who handles vendor and client interactions with ease. 

In her free time, Lexie enjoys bowling, spending time with her best girlfriends and beach days along the Sonoma Coast.

Kaitlyn joined Ooh La La Weddings & Events at the start of the 2023 season, but Kaitlyn is no stranger to events and working in the hospitality industry. She manages a team for her family business and has over the years, assisted with many events in different capacities. She has had a love of organizing events since she was young and is refining & perfecting that love on wedding days with our team.

Aside from weddings, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time shopping, attending concerts and traveling with her friends and family.
